If your business uses other platforms like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Jobber, or Housecall Pro, we discuss that on the onboarding call and match you with a VA who has relevant experience or can be trained on it before going live.
Once your VA is hired and onboarded, you manage them day to day like any team member. We stay in the background as what we call "the shadow" — always available if something comes up, but never getting in the way of your working relationship with your VA. You won't feel managed by us; you'll just have support when you need it.
If things aren't working out for a legitimate reason, we can place a replacement VA within 15 days. We stand behind our matching process, but we also know that sometimes personalities and working styles don't click — and we'd rather fix it fast than let it drag on.
